Mediumship Level on Spirit Guides, Angels & Spirit
How to recognize the energy of each and why each of these are different in the way they come through, and help you and others.

Learn how to open yourself up to connect to spirit.
Closing yourself down to close off the connection and stay safe energetically.

Learn and understand setting boundaries with spirit
Implement setting ‘spiritual office’ hours
